If you want to change the product to a different size or design, you will need to contact us at 210-57.26.693 or via message to confirm availability.

 

Upon confirmation, we will send a courier to pick up your package from your location (if possible in your area), otherwise you will need to deliver it to ELTA courier door to door and provide our collaboration code that we will provide you.

The first exchange within Greece is free of charge. Any subsequent exchange will be subject to a 5€ fee.

Shipping costs for the first product exchange in our online store are our responsibility if the customer sends them through the shipping network used by fenstyle.gr. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
 

  1. The exchange must be made within 14 days. If the return is not made within the specified time frame, fenstyle.gr has the right to refuse the products and not proceed with the requested product shipment.
  2. The package must be in its original form, placed inside a bag to avoid damage from tapes, etc., and accompanied by all relevant documents as sent (receipt, tag in the case of clothing).
  3. Shoes must be tried on carpeted floors to avoid scratches, and clothing must be tried on without deodorant/makeup and jewelry to avoid snags.
  4. Underwear and swimwear must maintain their hygiene seal without being removed.
  5. For products discounted at 40% or more, there is a charge for the first exchange (exchange costs €5.00). The charge applies whether the product is purchased individually or in combination with another non-discounted item.
  6. In the case of exchanging a product accompanied by a gift, the exchange costs are €5.00, and the exchange can be made in sizes of the same product
  7. The summer offers cannot be exchanged with any product from the winter collection

No changes can be made to the following categories:

 

  1. Cosmetics and specific types of underwear for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product must be returned in secure packaging, so as not to be damaged during transportation. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the product transportation. Together with the product, the customer must return all documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt/invoice or any other accompanying material) intact. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned with the product, also in excellent condition, along with any accompanying materials.

 

Money cannot be refunded.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - FOR CYPRUS

 

  1. In case of exchange, the company does not cover the cost of returning the product to us. The customer is responsible for choosing the courier and covering the cost.
  2. It is necessary to inform the website so that the new product can be reserved.
  3. The cost of resending the new package is calculated and sent by ELTA Courier and the FPCs service based on the weight of your package and the selected shipping method (air or sea).

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

 

  1. Σε περίπτωση που δεν επιθυμείτε να αντικαταστήσετε το προϊον της παραγγελίας σας, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας για να αιτηθείτε επιστροφή του ποσού αγοράς.
  2. Η επιστροφή του δέματος, εφόσον το προϊόν βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση γίνεται με χρέωση αποστολέα εντός 10 εργάσιμων ημερών από την μέρα που έγινε η παραλαβή του.
  3. Σε παραγγελίες που έχουν πληρωθεί μέσω Χρεωστικής/Πιστωτικής κάρτας ή Paypal η επιστροφή της αξίας των προιόντων γίνεται στον αντίστοιχο λογαριασμό.
  4. Η επιστροφή χρημάτων γίνεται στην καθαρή αξία των προιόντων. Οποιαδήποτε άλλη χρέωση από υπηρεσίες της courier δεν επιστρέφεται.
  5. Η επιστροφή χρημάτων γίνεται εντός 1 εως 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες απο την ημερομηνία έγκρισης της επιστροφής χρημάτων.
  6. Επιστροφές δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές  με χρέωση παραλήπτη ή χωρίς επικοινωνία με το αρμόδιο τμήμα επιστροφών.
  7. Σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν δεν είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση, θα σας ενημερώσουμε για την αδυναμία επιστροφής χρημάτων και την επιστροφή του δέματος με έξοδα του παραλήπτη.
